At Soft Ivory, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to carefully process and ship your order as efficiently as possible while we continue expanding worldwide.

Shipping Notice: Soft Ivory currently ships within the United States only while we refine our fulfillment experience and prepare for future international availability.

We’ve chosen to keep shipping selective during our launch phase so we can focus on creating the best possible experience while we grow.

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on orders over $49 USD. Orders under $49 USD ship for a flat rate of $10 USD Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Sending a Gift?

Soft Ivory products can absolutely be sent as gifts.

To send an order as a gift, simply select the “Add as Gift” option when adding your item to cart.

From there, you’ll be able to: add a personalized gift message, customize your gift note, request a gift receipt.

Your recipient will receive the custom gift note with their order.

Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout, complete payment and we’ll begin fulfillment through our trusted shipping partners.

Gift wrapping is not available at this time. Item will arrive in standard packaging.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–8 business days depending on product availability and warehouse location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–20 business days

Some products may ship from U.S.-based warehouses while others may ship from international fulfillment centers. Because of this, delivery times can vary depending on the item, destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, items may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability and fulfillment location.

Delays

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to customs processing, carrier volume, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
